Dr. Tim’s Flu Vaccine Recommendation

I’m not getting a flu vaccine this year. Why? Because it doesn’t work, it’s toxic, and there is a better way.

In this article I’m going to discuss you the following points:

  • How flu vaccines actually work
  • Strong evidence the flu shot is not effective
  • The potential dangers of a flu shot

How Flu Vaccines Actually Work

The flu vaccine works by suppressing your immune system.

Yep, you read that correctly. The very thing that is supposed to make us stronger is actually weakening us. The chemicals (propylene glycol, mercury, formaldehyde), science-altered viruses and bacteria, and animal DNA/RNA weaken our immune system.

The trade-off is that if the scientists choose the correct strain for the flu shot, then you might receive immunity to that strain, but less to all other strains – and there are LOTS of other strains.

There are multiple studies showing that people who get the flu vaccine are more likely to get other illnesses.1, 2

The Flu Shot is Not Effective

Any time we decide to do something for our health, it’s based on the FACT that doing said action is going to make our lives a little better, right? We avoid junk food, take supplements and exercise for a reason, because it’s proven to make us healthier.

Education, science and personal experiences tell us that these actions are necessary for a healthy life, so we do them.

Avoiding the flu vaccine should be no different. The FACTS show that for your health, you’re better off avoiding it this year.

When I search studies proving the flu vaccine keeps people from getting the flu, I just don’t find any. On the flip side, there are loads of studies that show there is no evidence that the flu vaccine is more effective than just doing nothing.

Take, for example, the Cochrane Database of Systemic Reviews, which reviewed 51 studies on the flu vaccine. They found that getting the flu vaccine is no more effective than a placebo in preventing influenza in children.3

The 2012-2013 flu vaccine was found to be just 56 percent effective across all groups as reviewed by the CDC, and only 9% effective for seniors. A study in the Lancet showed that the flu vaccine only prevented the flu in 1.5% of adults.4

The Flu Vaccine is Potentially Dangerous

In 2014 there were 180 cases of vaccine injury as reported by The Department of Health and Human Services. Among these are potential increasing chances of:

  • Alzheimers
  • Guillain-Burré Syndrome
  • Acute disseminated encephalomyelitis
  • Transverse myelitis
  • Shingles (herpes zoster)
  • Neuropathic demyelination
  • Seizures
  • Neuropathy
  • Brachial plexopathy
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Optic neuritis
  • Bell’s palsy
  • Mercury toxicity

In fact, the flu vaccine can contain as much as 25,000 times the mercury that is legally allowed in a glass of water5 – and legally, if something goes wrong, you are not allowed to sue over damages.6


By the government’s own statistics, more than 250 people are injured each year from the vaccine. All this for a condition (the flu) that causes only around 500 deaths per year.7

5 Natural Immunity Boosters to Avoid the Flu

There are five things I’m going to do this year to help prevent a flu, and if a flu should arise, to knock it out quickly.

  1. Vitamin D
  2. Getting adjusted
  3. Dr. Bob’s flu shot
  4. Oregano
  5. Nutritional IVs

1.) Take Vitamin D

It’s not “flu” season, it’s “less-sunlight-and-more-sugar” season.

Numerous studies have proven that vitamin D3 from the sun increases immunity. In fact, the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition showed that your risk of the flu will drop 50% if you take vitamin D.8 On blood chemistry your Vitamin D3 levels should be around 70 ng/ml.

Vitamin D3 comes from the sun (UVB rays), and since there are no UVB rays this time of year, it’s necessary to supplement. I suggest you get your levels checked through blood chemistry tests by your doctor. The average human uses up around 4,000 IU’s just living each day, so I suggest that people take at least 4,000 daily, and at the first sign of the flu you can take as much as 50,000 IU for three days.

2.) Get adjusted

Way back in 1917-1918 there was one of the worst flus in history. In fact, 20 million people died worldwide, with 500,000 in the U.S. alone.

It’s documented that in the state of Iowa, M.D’s treated 93,590 flu patients and had 6,116 deaths. About 1 in every 15 died.

Chiropractors saw 4,735 and had 6 reported deaths. About 1 in every 789 died.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing.

The entire body, including the immune system, is under the control of the brain and nervous system. Getting adjusted by a chiropractor makes everything work better.

5.) Nutritional IVs

Our immune systems need fuel in the form of nutrition to work. That fuel is vitamins and minerals, with vitamin C topping the list.

Our white blood cells need vitamin C to handle invaders; in fact, right before they attack and neutralize a pathogen they actually suck up extra vitamin C from the surrounding plasma. The white blood cells need 50 times more vitamin C than the blood plasma.
