I knew I wasn't the only one around who had trouble swallowing pills. If I were there would be no such thing as chewable vitamins. Still, as they don't taste that great I never took vitamins on a consistent basis (before now). It never mattered how small the pill was. I still couldn't swallow it. Even things like Advil tablets and birth control pills had to be chewed. I once went to a hypnotist to see if that would help. It didn't. He told me I wasn't a good subject as I didn't go deep enough. He suggested that I practice with candy starting with small pieces and work my way up. Turned out swallowing candy wasn't a problem.
