National Eating Healthy Day 2014

Today is the American Heart Association’s National Eating Healthy Day 2014
a campaign to eat healthy, get active and promote a healthy lifestyle.
On this day, Americans are encouraged to commit to healthier eating.

Here at Whole Body Health, we are passionate about informing our patients (and the world!) on what proper nutrition and a healthy diet really looks like. It’s why we’re members of the Weston A. Price Foundation and why nutrition is such an important part of our practice. We believe that nutrition is one of the main keys to unlocking whole body health.

Today, we want to encourage you to think about your eating habits, educate yourself on ways to be healthier, and commit to making positive changes that your body will thank you for! As always, if you need help with your nutrition, our doctors would be happy to share their knowledge with you! Give us a call at 330-764-3434 to set up a FREE consultation or to schedule your next appointment.

Visit our Events page to see when our next Weston A. Price Foundation meeting will be. At these meetings, we discuss how to live a healthy life, prevent disease, where to find real food, and how to prepare it properly, etc. We also discuss how to heal yourself naturally, without the use of drugs or surgery. Meetings are open to the public with an RSVP.

For more information on eating healthy, check out the Weston A. Price Foundation’s dietary guidelines and characteristics of traditional diets. There’s also information on dietary dangers, myths and truths about nutrition, how to incorporate traditional foods into a modern diet, and more!
